Mrs. Milan Que Garcia passed away last August, 2004. Her remain was cremated. Nay Milan is the mother of the first Ibajaynon Governor of Aklan, the late Honorable Roberto Q. Garcia Sr. and also the grandmother of Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Pedro M. Garcia and the re-elected mayor of Ibajay, Roberto M. Garcia, Jr.
